Not every project requires a from-scratch design. Some simply need software or equipment retrofits, enhancements, or updates to improve their operation. That’s why Synergy works with customers to optimize the function of an existing equipment installation, increase productivity, and extend the lifespan of a prior investment. Solutions include diagnostic evaluations and recommendations for mechanical, electrical, or controls issues—as well as for controls optimization and spare parts sourcing.
Upon approval of the proposed design, Synergy obtains and approves bids from vendors and contractors. You’ll know all costs up front, because the pricing and scheduling of all design/build equipment and installation recommendations is 100% transparent. Further, we schedule, direct and oversee the entire installation and commissioning process—including the development and execution of an acceptance testing plan to verify that all systems operate as expected.

We offer complete control system design and engineering, as well as a WCS/WES software interface that connects your operation’s host software—including all major brands of warehouse management software (WMS) and custom operational software—to your new system. This ensures seamless and coordinated data transfer, visibility and communications to optimize system performance. Additionally, every project includes comprehensive, functional design documents encompassing the entire system’s equipment, controls and software, describing its anticipated operation and performance.
